All features below ship in the product today. Where a capability depends on a plan tier or an optional integration (like Google Workspace directory sync), the page says so explicitly.

How features fit together

IQEducate is organized around a simple chain: build content, assign it, verify understanding, and keep proof. Authoring features (the course builder and AI course generator) create versioned courses. Assignment features (recurring rules, programs, team assignment) put training in front of the right people at the right time. Verification features (server-graded quizzes, attestations) confirm understanding. Record-keeping features (certificates, reports, activity logs) preserve the evidence.

Because everything lives in one system, the chain stays connected: a completed quiz feeds the completion record, the completion triggers the certificate, and the certificate appears in the same reports your managers already use.

Course Builder

Build courses from typed content blocks — video, PDF, text, images, quizzes, checklists, and attestations — with draft, published, and archived versioning.

Quizzes & Assessments

Add server-graded quizzes to any course with four question types: multiple choice, true/false, multi-select, and short answer with teacher review.

Training Certificates

Issue training certificates automatically on completion. Each PDF has a unique certificate number, is stored securely, and can be verified.

Recurring Training

Set training to renew on a schedule — from one-time through yearly, custom day intervals, or relative to hire dates — with instances generated automatically.

Training Reminders

Automatic training reminder emails before and after a due date, with escalation, so learners stay on track and overdue training gets chased for you.

Tracking & Reporting

Track completion, overdue, and pass rates with role-based dashboards, transcripts, and a notification log — all filterable and exportable to CSV.

Policy Acknowledgements

Capture explicit policy acknowledgements with attestation blocks, back them with completion records and an admin audit log, and report on who signed off.
