What you can upload
The generator works from the documents you already use to run the business. You can combine several files into one course so related material is analyzed together.
- PDF documents such as handbooks, SOPs, and policies
- Word documents and pasted rich text or notes
- Images and screenshots, read with vision-based extraction
- Multiple files at once, merged into a single structured draft
What the AI drafts for you
From your source material the generator proposes a complete first pass of a course rather than a single block of text.
- Sections and rich-text content organized into a logical flow
- Quiz questions to check understanding of the material
- Learning objectives that summarize what the course covers
- Concise summaries you can keep, edit, or discard
Human review before anything publishes
The Review Studio is where control stays with your team. You can edit any text inline, accept or reject individual pieces, reorder sections, and regenerate parts that missed the mark. Only after review do you apply the content to a new course or an existing one.
Because courses are versioned, applying AI output creates a draft you can keep working on. Learners never see it until you move that version to published.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI publish courses automatically?
No. Every generated course goes to the Review Studio first. A teacher or content admin reviews, edits, and accepts the content, then chooses to publish it. Nothing reaches learners without a human approving it.
What file types can I use as source material?
You can upload PDFs, Word documents, images, and plain or pasted rich text. You can also combine several documents so the AI analyzes them together and drafts one merged course.
Can the AI write quiz questions?
Yes. Alongside course sections, the generator drafts quiz questions, learning objectives, and summaries. You review and edit these in the Review Studio before they become part of a published course.
Can I generate content into an existing course?
Yes. After reviewing the draft, you can apply the accepted content to a brand-new course or selectively add it to an existing one. Either way it becomes a draft version you finalize before publishing.
Is my uploaded material shared with other organizations?
No. Content you upload and the courses you generate belong to your organization and are isolated to your tenant. They are not shared with other customers.
