What IQEducate is

IQEducate is a training platform that lets organizations create courses and programs, assign training to learners, track completion, and issue certificates. This policy describes what information the platform collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Organization and training data. Content your organization creates — courses, programs, quizzes, assignments, completion records, quiz answers, attestations, certificates, and files uploaded as course content or evidence.
• Usage records. Activity needed to operate the product, such as assignment status, completion timestamps, notification history, and administrative audit logs.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the platform: delivering assigned training, tracking and reporting completion, issuing certificates, sending training-related email notifications and reminders, and maintaining audit records for organization administrators. We do not sell personal information.

AI features

When your organization uses AI-assisted course creation, the documents you upload for that purpose are processed to generate draft training content for your review. Drafts are only applied to courses when a member of your organization approves them.

Multi-tenancy and access

Training data belongs to the organization that created it and is isolated per organization. Organization administrators control membership, roles, and what external learners (such as clients or vendors) can access.

Data retention and deletion

Training records and certificates are retained while your organization account is active, since completion history is the core purpose of the product. To request deletion of your account or organization data, contact us and we will process the request.

Third-party services

The platform uses Google for sign-in (and, where enabled by your organization, Google Workspace directory sync), a transactional email provider for notifications, cloud storage for uploaded files and certificates, a payment processor (Stripe) for paid subscriptions, and an AI provider for optional AI-assisted content drafting.
