Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using IQEducate, you agree to these terms. If you use IQEducate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and organizations
Sign-in is provided through Google. Organizations control their own membership, roles, domains, and external learner access. You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Your content
Your organization owns the training content, records, and files it creates or uploads. You grant IQEducate the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to access other organizations' data or circumvent access controls.
- Do not abuse the platform's email, AI, or API features (including rate limits).
- Do not resell the service without an agreement permitting it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed as subscriptions (monthly or annual) based on the plan you select. Plan limits, such as active learner counts, apply as described on the pricing page. You can cancel a subscription from your billing settings; access to paid features continues through the period already paid for.
Training outcomes
IQEducate provides tools for delivering and documenting training. It does not guarantee regulatory compliance, certification outcomes, or that any training content meets legal requirements applicable to your business — that responsibility remains with your organization.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve over time; material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQEducate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, organization administrators may request export or deletion of their organization's data.
